September 2018 was the marking of another 1st for SETA International. The NEBOSH HSL Certificate in Leadership Excellence was delivered to 18 candidates from various backgrounds within the Health & Safety sector, in Qatar!
The NEBOSH HSE Certificate in Health & Safety Leadership Excellence qualification focuses on how leadership behaviours can impact on the health and safety culture of an organisation and it guides leaders to become better advocates for health and safety within their organisations.This qualification is for senior business leaders or anyone who aspires to become one in the future.
I had wanted to do the Health and Safety Leadership Excellence course. Since it was not available in Qatar, I decided to invite SETA International Ltd UK to Qatar to deliver it at Qatar steel for me and my colleagues. Since it was a new course and no one knew its contents, I wanted the assurance of having the best Trainer and best institute. I got Mr Russell Prince (his profile speaks volumes) as trainer from SETA in the UK as a trusted institute to provide us with the best.
To sum it up, it was a great success and was well appreciated by the entire team of 20 members, we learned a lot about leadership.
